Man Drove Off Without Paying for Gas, Police Say

Editor’s Note: This story has been updated.

Bethlehem Police are seeking an unidentified man who allegedly stole gas from the Turkey Hill Minit Mart at 1140 Hellertown Road, near the I-78 interchange.

In a crime summary report issued Monday, police said drove off without paying after pumping gas at the convenience store at about 8 a.m. Friday.

Police said he was driving a gold Mazda with the New Jersey license plate L87EFN.

It was unclear whether the driver was given authorization to pump gas before paying inside, although the store does permit drivers to do so.
