Teen Toppled Port-a-Potties, Police Say

Lower Saucon Township Police said Friday that an 18-year-old Upper Saucon Township man has admitted to intentionally tampering with public property and “purposely knocking…over” Port-a-Potties in Polk Valley Park in October.

In a news release issued Friday police said John J. Mackey Jr., of the 4000 block of Yorktown Road, has been cited for criminal mischief.

Cases involving portable toilets that were knocked over at the Reading Drive Trailhead earlier this year remain open.
