In a news release issued Saturday, police said two portable toilets were discovered tipped over and a bench was found ripped out of the ground near the Reading Drive trailhead Friday morning.

Police said the port-a-potties were righted by the township public works department, but required “extreme cleaning on the inside due to the waste being spilled out.”

The bench–which was donated to the township by a resident–received scratches.

Anyone with information about the criminal mischief is asked to call township police at 610-317-6110.
