Angeline A. Ruch (1932 – 2025)

Angeline A. Ruch, 93, of Hellertown, passed away peacefully on Friday, Aug. 29, 2025, at St. Luke’s Hospital-Anderson Campus, surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of the late Robert R. Ruch. Born in Hellertown on April 4, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Mario and Clara (Raudenbush) Santamaria. Angeline was employed as a typist at Bethlehem Steel for 22 years. A woman of faith, she was a lifelong member of the Episcopalian tradition. She enjoyed yearly visits to Ocean City, N.J., knitting, reading and going out for lunch with her friends from school. She cherished time spent with her family.

SURVIVORS

Survivors include her daughters: Cheryl A. (Gilbert E.) Bauder of Hellertown, and Tina M. (William E.) Frasier of Nazareth; a sister: Dorothy Padua of Bethlehem; grandchildren: Tessa R. Garis and Mary C.S. Frasier; and great-granddaughter: Elsie A. Hoenl. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren: Tracy Ann Garis and Emily Elizabeth Frasier.

SERVICES

Family and friends are invited to call from 10 to 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 5, 2025, at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by the funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment will conclude services at the Union Cemetery of Hellertown Cremation Garden. A funeral repast will be held immediately following the graveside service at The Carriage House at Heintzelmans.
