Saucon Hometown Hero: Bill Csaszar (Brought to You by Smokin’ Outlaw BBQ)
This week’s Saucon Hometown Hero is Bill Csaszar.
Bill Csaszar is a Lower Saucon Township resident who has spent decades serving his community. Bill is a U.S. Navy veteran. He joined Se-Wy-Co Fire Company in 1972 and went on to become its Fire Chief–a position he retired from after 25 years of service. He remains an active firefighter, and holds the positions of Fire Investigator and Trustee.
Csaszar has also served as Lower Saucon Township’s Emergency Management Coordinator.
“He is instrumental in the operation of our department,” said Se-Wy-Co Fire Chief Bryan Evans, who nominated Bill to be a Saucon Hometown Hero and called him “an obvious choice” for the honor.
