Francis V. 'Frank' Kostelnik, M.D., of Springtown, Bucks County, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 29, 2018 at Fellowship Manor-Whitehall after a long illness. Arrangements are by the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Hellertown.
