As we move closer to the holidays, the Chamber’s calendar typically begins to fill up with more events, fundraisers and holiday fun, and 2021 is no different. So, when and where can Hellertown residents expect to see the Chamber in the borough again?
The Lehigh Valley has no shortage of wonderful and historic holiday traditions. Lehigh Valley Passport to History has put together a list of some can’t-miss events to take advantage of over the next month.
Luminaria Night is one of the Lehigh Valley’s most unique holiday displays, as streets become lined with beautiful, glowing candles. This year’s event will take place on Saturday, Dec. 12. Proceeds benefit New Bethany Ministries in Bethlehem.
If you’re looking for something fun and festive to do during the first weekend in December, save the following date. The Hellertown Historical Society will host its Annual Holiday Open House on Friday, Dec. 4 at 6:30 p.m. at the Heller-Wagner Grist Mill, and everyone’s invited to attend. Free tours of the historic mill dressed up in its holiday finest will be offered. Enjoy live seasonal music and dance featuring the Lehigh Valley Idols, as well as free beer samples from Lost Tavern Brewing–a group of craft brewers who are planning to open a microbrewery in Hellertown.
