Saucon Valley Restaurant Week was conceived as a way to help local eateries boost their sales and encourage new customers to try their food during the mid-summer, which is typically a slower time for restaurants. “For the Hellertown-Lower Saucon business community, it is a chance for visitors to be exposed to the downtown and surrounding shopping district,” a BBRP flier about the event states. The BBRP is seeking sponsorship commitments by March 31.
