L. Saucon Police Investigating More Thefts from Unlocked Vehicles

Lower Saucon Township Police said Saturday they are investigating thefts from three unlocked vehicles on Highland Court and Barner Court. They stated the thefts are related to other recent thefts from unlocked cars on Willowbrook Drive.

Lower Saucon Township Police said Saturday they are investigating thefts from three unlocked vehicles on Highland Court and Barner Court. They stated the thefts are related to other recent thefts from unlocked cars on Willowbrook Drive.

In a news release, police said items that were found at Black River Road and Rt. 378 Thursday were determined to have been stolen from vehicles in the 1500 block of Highland Court and the 1500 block of Barner Court “sometime last weekend,” and possibly during the overnight hours of Friday, Aug. 12.

The items included wallets with credit cards and old pay stubs, police said.

In a separate news release, police said change and “a few dollars’ cash” were taken from the center console of an unlocked vehicle in the 3800 block of Cannon Avenue Aug. 17.

Anyone with information about these thefts is asked to call township police at 610-317-6110.
