Frances E. Schrantz, 85, of Bethlehem (OBITUARY)

Frances E. Schrantz, 85, of Bethlehem, died Thursday, Nov. 20, 2014 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Nevin W. Schrantz and companion of the late George L. Peters. She was born in Hellertown on Feb. 18, 1929 to the late Charles E. and Anna (Wolbach) Fulmer. She worked at the former Prosser’s Drug Store, Hellertown, for 30 years. Frances was a member of St. Thomas United Church of Christ, Bethlehem.

SURVIVORS

Children: Carol J. wife of Rodger D. Halterman of Dumfries, Va., Nancy E. Musgnung wife of James J. Harhart with whom she resided, David B. and his wife Debra of New Port Richey, Fla.; nine grandchildren: Darryl, Ryan, James, Steven, Jana, Dana, Dustin, Jessica, Kenneth; 11 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by siblings: Kenneth and Charles Fulmer, Marion Cook, Mildred Oechsle and Myra Raab.

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2014 at St. Thomas United Church of Christ, 902 E. Macada Road, Bethlehem. The calling hour will be followed by the service at 11 a.m. Private interment will be at the Union Cemetery of Hellertown. Online expressions of sympathy can be recorded at www.heintzelmancares.com.
