Former ‘Bar Louie’ Location: What Should Go There?

It was a hip hangout spot at Promenade Saucon Valley–until it wasn’t. The space that housed the casual bar-restaurant Bar Louie for more than a decade has been vacant since the business closed its doors last September. What type of business would you like to see open in its place?

The Bar Louie suite is in a highly visible location within the shopping center. Located next to Barnes & Noble, it is also close to other popular eateries including Torre, Melt, Kome and the recently-opened Barley Creek Brewing Company.

Promenade Saucon Valley is an outdoor lifestyle and shopping center featuring more than 65 stores, restaurants and other businesses. Sephora recently opened a store there and anchor tenants include Fresh Market, LL Bean and the AMC Center Valley 16 movie theater.
