After a period of high vacancies over the past several years, the Saucon Square shopping center on Rt. 378 in Lower Saucon Township is again buzzing with commercial activity.

Within the last several months, three new businesses have opened in the center’s South building (Dollar Tree, Chaar and Maxx Fitness), and a new restaurant and bar–Taps Tavern–is scheduled to open in late January or early February.

In the North building, which is anchored by the Revolutions dining and entertainment venue, there are still a couple of smaller storefront vacancies.

The empty storefronts are bookended by two casual restaurants–Casa Mia Pizzeria and Number One Chinese Restaurant.

According to a sign posted in one of the empty storefront windows, they are available for lease by Greg Goldberg of Retail Properties of America Inc. (RPAI). More information about the property is available online at www.rpai.com, by calling 1-855-247-7724 or by emailing le***@rp**.com.

  • I loved the Hallmark store and it would be great if something along the same line moves in there!
