Two men were cited for harassment after they allegedly fought with each other outside 316 Northampton Street Sunday evening, Hellertown police said in a news release Tuesday.
According to police, after officers were dispatched to a reported disturbance in the neighborhood they found Christopher Beals, of the 200 block of E. Oxford Street, Coopersburg, and William Paul Conrad, of the 7400 block of Carls Hill Road, Zionsville, with minor scrapes.
Each man said the other man was the instigator, and both refused medical treatment, police said.
