A New York City woman who police say mailed packages heavily-scented with women’s perfume to a Lower Saucon Township man has been charged with harassment.
In a news release issued Monday, police said Kathryn Hanley, of the 700 block of Victory Boulevard, Staten Island, “mailed several packages consisting of legal documents from her previous marriage, books, child’s makep and other packages” to a resident of the 2500 block of Dairy Lane.
Hanley was charged May 15, police said.
