Upper Saucon Man Victim in Fatal Crash

The Lehigh County Coroner’s office has identified the person who was killed in a two-vehicle accident in Upper Saucon Township Monday.

The Lehigh County Coroner’s office has identified the person who was killed in a two-vehicle accident in Upper Saucon Township Monday.

Coroner Dan Buglio said 64-year-old David A. Stahler of Upper Saucon Township died of blunt force injuries he suffered in the collision. His death has been ruled an accident.

The crash happened early Monday afternoon in the 3200 block of Oakhurst Drive. Stahler was pronounced dead at the scene, and police closed the road in that area for nearly two hours.

The accident remains under investigation by the Upper Saucon Township Police Department and the Lehigh County District Attorney’s office.
