Hellertown Police Tuesday announced drug-related charges against a resident of the 800 block of Detweiler Avenue.
In a news release, police said that at the conclusion of an investigation, Richard C. Fluck, 27, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-heroin and possession of “correlating drug paraphernalia” after officers were summoned to his residence following a request for police assistance Friday afternoon.
