Local residents who love to golf may want to sign up for the Hellertown Lions Club’s & Kasey Lynn’s Catered Annual Golf Tournament, which will be held Wednesday, Sept. 16 at Sawmill Golf Club in Easton.
Prizes will include $10,000 cash on a par 3 hole-in-one, long drive, straightest drive, closest to the pin (all par threes), pot of gold, a small flatscreen TV, and door prizes, along with mulligans and a par 5 power drive for sale.
The cost to participate is $60 per person, which includes green fees, a golf cart, a continental breakfast and a Texas barbecue lunch.
Registration will begin at 7 a.m., and the shotgun start will be at 8 a.m.
This will be a best ball format tournament.
The golf club is located at 5630 Sullivan Trail, Easton.
