Woman Hit Man With Stick, Police Say

Lower Saucon Township Police said Friday that a Bethlehem woman is charged with simple assault and harassment after she allegedly hit a man with a stick “numerous times.”

In a news release police said Mary Lou Conley, no age provided, of the 1900 block of Robin Way, allegedly hit the man at his residence in the 2100 block of Johnston Avenue.

Police said the alleged assault was reported to them Sept. 21.

They did not say what preceded the alleged incident.
