Loose Dog Attacked Other Dog on Harris Street, Police Say

The dog that was attacked suffered minor injuries, police said.

Hellertown Police said Wednesday that a Main Street resident was cited for a borough dog law violation after her dog allegedly attacked another dog while it was loose in the 200 block of Harris Street on the afternoon of Jan. 26.

In a news release police said Melissa C. Figueroa, of the 200 block of Main Street, was the recipient of the citation.

The dog that was attacked suffered minor injuries, police said.
