Police Seek Suzuki Believed Involved in Hit-and-Run at Main Street, Cherry Lane

Hellertown Police issued a news release Tuesday morning in which they described a vehicle they say is believed to have been involved in a hit-and-run accident at 8:39 a.m. at Main Street (Rt. 412) and Cherry Lane.

Hellertown Police issued a news release Tuesday morning in which they described a vehicle they say is believed to have been involved in a hit-and-run accident at 8:39 a.m. at Main Street (Rt. 412) and Cherry Lane.

According to the news release, the suspect vehicle is a red Suzuki Grand Vitara with a primer grey-colored driver’s side quarter panel which is “believed to have suffered noticeable damage to the front end, including a damaged driver side head lamp.”

The vehicle was last seen headed south on Main Street in Hellertown, police said.
