A Lower Saucon Township Police Department seat belt enforcement detail along Rt. 378 and surrounding roadways was held Wednesday morning from 6 to 10 a.m., police said in a news release Thursday. However, no seat belt violations were found.
The bad news was that other alleged motoring violations were noted.
Police said officers stopped a total of 11 vehicles and issued seven citations: one for a red light violation, one for improper passing, two for driving without registration and three for speeding.
Officers also issued four slips for faulty equipment, the news release indicated.
