An allegedly drunk driver made a point of yelling at pedestrians as she was driving in the Creekside Marketplace shopping center parking lot July 3, “specifically those in crosswalks,” Lower Saucon Township Police said in a news release Tuesday.

According to police, Mary Rigolosi, of the 200 block of Lake Shore Drive, Parsippany, N.J., was driving in the parking lot shortly before 4 p.m. when she drew the attention of bystanders by allegedly spinning her car’s tires and driving fast.

Police said that when an officer made contact with Rigolosi, he detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage along with “multiple signs of impairment” and administered field sobriety tests, which she allegedly failed.

Rigolosi’s blood alcohol concentration was determined to be .08 percent, police said, and she has been charged with both DUI and reckless driving.

Creekside Marketplace is located in the 1800 block of Leithsville Road (Rt. 412).
