E. Depot Street Man Sentenced to 6 Months in Jail for Possessing Child Porn

A man who lives on E. Depot Street in Hellertown was sentenced by Northampton County Judge Paula Roscioli Thursday to six months in jail followed by six months of house arrest and four years of probation–as well as 15 years on the registered sex offender list–after pleading guilty to possession of child pornography earlier this year.

A man who lives on E. Depot Street in Hellertown was sentenced by Northampton County Judge Paula Roscioli Thursday to six months in jail followed by six months of house arrest and four years of probation–as well as 15 years on the registered sex offender (Megan’s Law) list–after pleading guilty to possession of child pornography earlier this year, the Morning Call reported.

Brian P. Williams, 36, denied that there was porn on three computers in his home after a roommate reported seeing it, but police investigators found about 80 videos and 100 photos of children being sexually abused on them, the report indicated.
