Lower Saucon Township police were combing woods near the Giant after two men who were suspected of shoplifting from the supermarket reportedly fled Saturday.
The Morning Call reported Saturday that Lower Saucon Township police were combing woods near the Giant Food Store, 1880 Leithsville Road, after two men who were suspected of shoplifting from the supermarket reportedly fled across Rt. 412 and into the wooded area Saturday night.
In an online article the newspaper reported that five officers searched the area after an officer reportedly saw the men leave with concealed items at around 7 p.m.
