Santa is coming to Hellertown this Sunday, Dec. 18, where he will be chauffered through the streets by the members of Dewey Fire Co., whose annual Santa Run will begin at noon.

Below are the streets Santa will make every attempt to visit. If you hope to see him, listen closely for the sound of approaching sirens, as they will herald Santa’s arrival and you may need to walk to the nearest intersection to see him as he passes by.

Mountainview Area:
Willow Road, Elm Road, Constitution Avenue, Maple Road, Juniper Road, Birch Road, Locust Road, Magnolia Road, Walnut Street, Cedar Road, Northampton Street, Ellen Street, Henry Street, Rentzhimer Street, Penn Street, Delaware Ave.

West of Main Street:
Front Street, W. Depot Street, Thomas Avenue, Bachman Street, Whitaker Street, Jefferson Street, Washington Street, W. High Street, Clauser Street, Kichline Avenue, Kiernan Avenue, Hess Avenue, Roth Avenue.

East of Main Street:
Riegel Street, Bleyler Street, Zimpher Lane, E. High Street, Easton Avenue, Apple Street, New Jersey Avenue, New York Avenue, Detweiler Avenue, Wilson Avenue, Third Avenue, Second Avenue, First Avenue, Depot Street.

The above-named streets will be the main focus, however, depending on Santa’s gift stops, there may be a couple other streets he visits as well.

“We will do our best to get Santa to each and every child as we possibly can,” Dewey Fire Co. said in a message posted onĀ their Facebook page. “Just look and listen for the fire truck, Santa’s ride.”

At this point it is looking like the weather will be rainy Sunday, so residents should be patient with fire crews as they get Santa around town and hand out candy canes.
