A Hellertown man is charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after police say he became loud in a public place while under the influence of alcohol.
In a news release issued Monday, police said Kevin Herring, of the 300 block of Main Street, Â allegedly yelled obscenities at his girlfriend and an Uber driver who was picking her up in the 400 block of Main Street on the afternoon of Saturday, April 8.
