Dorothy M. Solosky, 85, of Lower Saucon Township, died Thursday, July 27, 2017 at her residence. She was the wife of Albert Solosky.

Dorothy M. Solosky, 85, of Lower Saucon Township, died Thursday, July 27, 2017 at her residence. She was the wife of Albert Solosky. She was born in Fountain Hill on Dec. 2, 1931 to the late Peter and Gertrude (Saylor) Wingert. Dorothy was a member of the former Christ Lutheran Church of Lower Saucon; and an auxiliary member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3094 and the Edward H. Ackerman American Legion Post 397 of Hellertown.

SURVIVORS

In addition to her loving husband of 64 years last Aug. 16; children: Daniel L. (Valarie A.) of Easton, Glen W. (Donna J.) of Hellertown, Stephen B. (Stephanie L.) of Lower Saucon Township, Patricia A. (David) Kutzura of Lower Saucon Township, Bonnie R. Aranyos (John Dresher) of Freemansburg; sister: Delores B. Stephens of Allentown; 20 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son: Michael A. in 1957; siblings: Peter J. Wingert, Elenore G. Stair.

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, July 31, 2017 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by the service at 11 a.m. The interment will conclude services at Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
