Child’s Bike Stolen During Football Game, Police Say

A 12-year-old boy is without a bike today, after Lower Saucon Township Police say his bicycle was stolen during Friday night’s high school football game at the Saucon Valley School District stadium.

Update: The stolen bike has been recovered by police and returned to its owner.

A 12-year-old boy is without a bike today, after Lower Saucon Township Police say his bicycle was stolen during Friday night’s high school football game at the Saucon Valley School District stadium.

In a news release, police said the 26-inch black mountain bike with the word “HYPER” written on the side of it was left just inside the gate, where it was found to be missing.

It was reported stolen just after the conclusion of the game, police said.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call township police at 610-317-6110.
