Mr. Frosty was found as a stray in Bethlehem. He later had surgery to remove a benign tumor. Now he is doing well and is ready for lots of love. Mr. Frosty prefers to be the only dog but really loves human kisses.

The center is open Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12 to 4 p.m. and Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 12 to 6 p.m.
