According to the post, the theft occurred near N. Mine and Salem roads.

A theft of ATVs and dirt bikes occurred in that area in May, when police said their investigation into the reported thefts involved “multiple other police agencies” and that details about it needed to be kept “deliberately vague.”

Santiago-Espinosa is a resident of Bethlehem, according to online court records, which indicated that as of Wednesday afternoon he was in custody on felony charges of burglary, criminal trespassing and theft, and misdemeanor charges of receiving stolen property and theft.

According to the court records, following a preliminary arraignment before District Judge Regina Armitage Wednesday afternoon, Santiago-Espinosa was committed to the Bucks County Correctional Institution in lieu of 10 percent of $25,000 bail.

A preliminary hearing in his case is scheduled for Nov. 19.
