Youth’s Speaker, Phone Stolen at Hellertown Park, Police Say

Hellertown Police said Monday they have charged two Bethlehem residents with theft and receiving stolen property, after identifying them as the individuals who allegedly stole a cell phone and a bluetooth speaker from a youth at Water Street Park last week.

Hellertown Police said Monday they have charged two Bethlehem residents with theft and receiving stolen property, after identifying them as the individuals who allegedly stole a cell phone and a bluetooth speaker from a youth at Water Street Park in the borough last week.

In a news release, police said Xavier Jomar Soto, 19, and Jean Marie Arias, 18, both of the 600 block of Fiot Avenue, allegedly stole the items on the evening of June 12, and were identified following an investigation which resulted in the recovery of the stolen property.
