An alleged dealer of methamphetamine in the borough of Hellertown was arrested on warrants Friday at a motel in Milford Township, Bucks County, after nearly two years on the run, Lehigh Valley Live reported Monday.

Terry Ernest Borger Jr., 52, formerly of the 400 block of Main Street, was wanted on charges filed in July 2017 following an investigation by the Northampton County Drug Task Force, which staged controlled buys of meth from him in April 2017, according to court records cited in the story.

Borger is charged with two felony counts of Possession with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, three felony counts of Criminal Use of a Communication Facility and two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance, according to court records, which indicate that he is being held in Northampton County Prison on $25,000 straight bail.

A preliminary hearing in Borger’s case is scheduled to be held before Lower Saucon Township District Judge Alan Mege on July 19 at 9 a.m., per records.
