Robert S. Judd (1941 – 2024)
Robert S. Judd, 83, of Upper Macungie Township, and formerly of Lower Saucon Township, died Friday, Oct. 25, 2024 at Complete Care at Lehigh Center, Macungie.
He was the husband of H. Teresa “Taffy” (DeSantis) Judd. Robert was born in Bethlehem, Pa., on July 13, 1941 to the late Robert W. and Theresa (Kozar) Judd. He served our country faithfully in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. Robert was a Systems Analyst for the former Bethlehem Steel and Fabricated Steel, and then was a private consultant. He was a member of the Church of the Assumption of the BVM, Bethlehem. He enjoyed computers and football, especially the Green Bay Packers, Eagles and Penn State.
SURVIVORS
In addition to his wife of 51 years; he is also survived by his daughters: Cara M. Judd of Emmaus, Courtney A. Judd, MD, of Norfolk, Va.; and many cousins, but especially Sergeja Kozar, who came over from Prekmurje in Eastern Slovenia and was reunited with Robert and his family. This was a highlight in their life’s history.
SERVICES
A private Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at his church. The interment with military honors will conclude services at Gethsemane Cemetery, Reading.
