Police Investigating Frozen Water Bottles Being Thrown at Upper Bucks Cars

Pennsylvania State Police at Dublin said Monday they are investigating complaints of frozen water bottles being thrown at motorists on roadways around upper Bucks County over the weekend.

In a news release, police said the reports they have received are from motorists in Durham and Nockamixon townships, where occupants of a sedan were reportedly observed throwing the objetcts on Friday, Feb. 21 and Saturday, Feb. 22 between the hours of 11 p.m. and 1 a.m.

“Victims related observing a sedan approach their vehicles prior to the frozen water bottles being thrown,” the release said.

According to police, the damage to vehicles that were hit by the frozen water bottles included broken windshields and dents, however no injuries were reported.
