Police Investigating Drone Flight Over Private Property

Pennsylvania State Police at Dublin are investigating the operation of a drone on private property in upper Bucks County as a criminal invasion of privacy case.

In a June 10 news release, police said the incident they are investigating occurred early on the morning of April 12 on a property on Rattlesnake Road in Durham Township.

According to the release, video footage recorded by the home’s surveillance cameras showed “a small commercially available aerial drone being operated at a low altitude” on the property at around 2:30 a.m.

Police said their investigation remains active.
