The Saucon Valley Panthers softball team experienced their first loss of the 2017 season yesterday against the Palisades Pirates. The Panthers stumbles after getting out of the gates strong. Led by the pitching of junior Meghan Okken, Saucon won their first game against William Allen by a score of 13-4. The Panthers followed up with a convincing win against Catasauqua 14-4. Yesterday, however the bats went a little cold and Saucon Valley was held scoreless losing a close one 2-0.
