A "Beef and Beer Bash" at Dewey Fire Co. Banquet Hall in Hellertown March 12 will benefit a local boy who has periventricular leukomalacia (PVL), a type of brain injury that occurred before birth that will lead to a diagnosis of cerebral palsy.
