The Culinary Experience & Catering dinners are back! The popular local caterers are again serving dinner to the public on the second Wednesday of each month at the Dewey Fire Co. Banquet Hall in Hellertown.

The Culinary Experience’s “Layers of Flavor” dinner this Wednesday, June 8, from 5 to 8 p.m., will feature a menu that’s sure to satisfy just about everybody’s taste buds. And as a bonus, scrumptious desserts will be provided by the Hellertown Bakery–at no additional cost (while supplies last)!

The June 8 Wednesday Night Dinner menu includes the following delicious items, all of which are prepared fresh the day of the dinner:

  • A Refreshing Cucumber Salad featuring cucumbers and red onion, dressed with the right seasoning
  • Pineapple Pulled Pork Mini Sliders featuring Culinary Experience’s pineapple pulled pork on mini slider rolls
  • Barbecue Chicken: A drumstick and chicken thigh slathered with house-made original recipe barbecue sauce
  • Sour Cream & Chive Baked Potato: Red potatoes, roasted garlic and a perfect blend of herbs
  • Corn on the Cob: Fresh and as local as possible sweet corn on the cob with The Culinary Experience’s very own “All Sandt’s Seasoning”

Rolls, butter, coffee, tea, ice water, Arnold Palmers (iced tea and lemonade) are included in the price.

Tickets are just $9 each, tax included (for eat-in or takeout). Soda, chips and other snacks will also be available to purchase a la carte.

Dewey Fire Co. Banquet Hall is located at 502 Durham St., Hellertown.
