Hellertown Police said in a news release Wednesday that a resident of the 1400 block of Washington Street was charged with possession of a controlled substance-heroin, after the drug was allegedly found in his possession.
Police said Matthew R. Henn, 21, was also charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers served a search warrant at his residence upon the conclusion of an investigation Feb. 25.
Another resident of the home, Shelby R. Henn, 48, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
