Hellertown Police say a borough man who is already facing several drug-related charges stemming from a February arrest has now been charged with theft, receiving stolen property and access device fraud.

In a news release issued Tuesday, police said Matthew Henn, 21, of the 1400 block of Washington Street, was identified through an investigation as having used credit cards from a briefcase that was stolen from a car parked in the 1400 block of Second Avenue.

Police said Henn was arrested May 14 and arraigned before District Judge David Tidd before being committed to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $15,000 bail.
