Teen Found With Meth on First Ave. in Hellertown, Police Say

Hellertown Police say a 17-year-old and two adults were arrested after they were allegedly found in possession of drugs in the 1000 block of First Avenue Friday at approximately 4:30 p.m.Blue_Crystal_Meth

In a news release issued Wednesday, police said the teenage boy was arrested for possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, after officers responding to the block for a separate matter “took notice to suspicious activity occurring in the same location.”

Police said two men–identified as Carl A. Vingoe, 52, and Ian D. Vingoe, 30–were with the boy and were also arrested.

Both men were arrested for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the news release.

Carl A. Vingoe lives in the 1000 block of First Avenue, Hellertown, according to online public records.
