One of the most anticipated days of the year in the Saucon Valley is fast approaching.
The 14th annual Hellertown-Lower Saucon Community Day 2015 will be held Saturday, Aug. 22 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Dimmick Park.
Presented by the Hellertown-Lower Saucon Chamber of Commerce, the one-day festival will include a large vendor fair–with many local businesses and organizations represented at booths–along with food, entertainment, rides, games, children’s activities, a car show and the presentation of awards to this year’s honorees: Macarro Auction Company, Hellertown Area Library and The Valley Voice.
There will also be a grand prize drawing to win Lehigh Valley IronPigs tickets as well as a jar filled with Mike and Ike candies at the Chamber table. Guests who correctly guess the number of candies in the jar could win Lehigh Valley Zoo tickets.
Below is a schedule of events for the day.
