Cars Vandalized at Steel City Auto Repair Shop

Lower Saucon Township Police are investigating reported vandalism to five cars at Big Pete’s Automotive Repairs, 2162 Riverside Drive, Steel City, according to a news release issued Wednesday.

According to police, during the overnight hours on Aug. 4-5 the cars were “tagged/spray-bombed using pink spray paint.”

One car was also sprayed with black spray paint, police noted.

Obscenities were written and a representation of male genitalia was painted on one of the cars, police said.

Police did not provide an estimate for the amount of damage done to the vehicles.

Anyone with information about the criminal mischief is asked to call township police at 610-317-6110.
