5 Mailboxes Knocked Over in Hit-and-Run Accident

Lower Saucon Township Police are trying to identify the driver of a vehicle that reportedly knocked over five mailboxes and a road sign at the entrance to Mildred Lane–a private road–along Bingen Road.

In a news release issued Wednesday, police said a 34-year-old Mildred Lane resident reported the damage at noon on Oct. 29.

The accident is believed to have occurred that day sometime between 8:30 a.m. and noon.

Anyone with information about it is asked to call township police at 610-317-6110.
