Where to Expect Road Work on I-78 in Saucon Valley, April 4-8

PennDOT has announced that road work will take place on I-78 in Lower Saucon Township the week of April 4-8, 2016.

PennDOT has announced that the following road work will take place on I-78 in Lower Saucon Township the week of April 4-8, 2016.

  1. April 4-8, 12 a.m. to 6 a.m., Lower Saucon/Hellertown/Williams Township, I-78 between Exit 75 (to PA 611) and the Lehigh County line. Sweeping will be done by PennDOT maintenance forces. There will be no traffic restrictions for this moving operation in both directions.
  2. April 4, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Lower Saucon Township, Interstate 78 between the Lehigh County line and Exit 67 (Rt. 412/Hellertown). There will be an eastbound lane restriction for work performed by PennDOT maintenance forces.
  3. April 5, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Lower Saucon Township, Interstate 78 between the Lehigh County line and Exit 67 (Rt. 412/Hellertown). There will be an eastbound lane restriction for highway beautification work performed by PennDOT maintenance forces.
