17-Year-Old Damaged Park Benches, Tables, Threw Trash ‘All Over Bathroom,’ Police Say

A 17-year-old has been charged with criminal mischief, after Lower Saucon Township Police say he vandalized property at Town Hall Park, 3700 Old Philadelphia Pike, Bethlehem, on three separate occasions in May.

A 17-year-old has been charged with criminal mischief, after Lower Saucon Township Police say he vandalized property at Town Hall Park, 3700 Old Philadelphia Pike, Bethlehem, on three separate occasions in May.

According to a news release issued Thursday, the teen burned plastic benches and tables, and also damaged a cigarette collection unit.

He also “threw food/trash all over the bathroom and threw soap containers against bathroom exterior walls,” the release said.

The total cost of the damage and cleanup amounted to $633.50, police said.
