REGISTRATION and PHYSICALS

Registration needs to be done online through the the school’s website before 7/24/2016. Go to www.svpanthers.org and from the “Athletics” tab click the “2016-2017 Sports Registration Info & Physical Info” link for all your information. Physical paperwork can also be obtained at www.svpanthers.org through the “Athletics” tab. In addition to your family doctor for a physical, families have the option to make an appointment with the St. Luke’s Sports Medicine Office at 484-526-6784. SVSD has a partnership with St. Luke’s providing the physicals for only $20. If parents have completed the registration but have not yet submitted the physical paperwork, they should do so by next week as well.

“Concussion testing” will begin the week of Aug. 1 for football and then the following week for all other contact sports. You will not be permitted to take the “concussion test” unless you are properly registered and have your physical paperwork submitted. It is important you meet these deadlines to avoid restrictions and delays on your participation.
