The owner of a property at 1603 Hafler Road has received a non-traffic citation for an alleged violation of the Lower Saucon Township nuisance ordinance, police said.

In a news release issued Friday, police said financial services company Wilmington National Trust Association, 1661 Worthington Road, West Palm Beach, Fla., has neglected the 2.5 acre property, resulting in it being in violation of the township’s weed ordinance.

“Attempts to have them take care of the property have been unsuccessful,” police said.
