Hellertown Man Sentenced for Sending Lewd Photo He Wanted Teen to See

A 36-year-old Hellertown man and former nurse/girls softball coach was sentenced to five years’ probation by Northampton County Judge Samuel Murray Friday for sending a photo of his private parts to a Bethlehem woman in 2015 and asking her to share it with her 14-year-old daughter.

A 36-year-old Hellertown man and former nurse/girls softball coach was sentenced to five years’ probation by Northampton County Judge Samuel Murray Friday for sending a photo of his private parts to a Bethlehem woman in 2015 and asking her to share it with her 14-year-old daughter, Lehigh Valley Live reported.

According to the Lehigh Valley Live article, Jason Rostkowski–whose nursing license has been revoked–avoided prison after pleading guilty in July to misdemeanor criminal solicitation to corrupt a minor because a psychosexual evaluation determined him to be at low risk to reoffend. Instead he was sentenced to probation and ordered to pay a $5,000 fine, continue to receive therapy, refrain from looking at pornography and avoid participating activities involving children.
