Saucon boys soccer coach Mel Moyer celebrated his 150th career win with a 1-0 victory at home over the Bangor Slaters Thursday.

On his Facebook page, Moyer thanked “the current group (of) boys and the many players that were a part of each victory along this long 11 year road” along with his parents, his coaching staff, team boosters and his wife, Amy, who he said bought him his first coaching curriculum. “(I) love you and owe you the most!” he wrote.

The 150 wins milestone is a “team and community effort all the way!” Moyer said.

The accomplishment was commemorated with a cake, signs and photos taken with the team and family members (contributed, below).
